To develop Toronto’s first Racial Justice Climate Resilience (RJCR) Framework by conducting community-based research and engaging Black, Indigenous, and racialized not-for profit leaders, grassroots leaders, academics, and policy makers for long term collaboration and integrated community action, policy making, and research to advance ongoing racial justice-oriented climate resilience systems change. The CCRL is located at the University of Toronto.
