This project enables the implementation and dissemination of Canada’s first Racial Justice and Climate Resilience Framework that has strong potential to reduce inequities in neighbourhoods in Toronto and elsewhere, by embedding climate and equity considerations into municipal community development plans. It builds on a grant we provided in 2022 to develop the framework, and is supported through the Dalla Lana School of Public Health.
