Definity Foundation is seeking a Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness & Adaptation to design and steward the operating model needed for our next phase of evolution. As an integrator, facilitator, and strategic partner to both the President and CEO and the Chief Investment and Program officer, the Senior Director will enable the Foundation to operate as a cohesive, adaptive, and high-performing organization as we carry our mission forward.
