Before joining Definity Foundation as Director, Social Finance and Impact Investing, Wayne worked in Canada and internationally \u2013 focused on poverty reduction, agricultural development, and economic opportunity. His experiences in entrepreneurship, leadership, and systems thinking roles have brought him an understanding that access to capital and markets is often one of the most significant barriers facing the people and communities who seek lasting change. That insight has led Wayne toward finance and investing as tools for advancing positive social and economic outcomes.<\/p>\n
